This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Uni Masterclass may offer refunds for digital products, including eBooks, guides, templates, and downloadable resources.


Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All Uni Masterclass products are delivered digitally. Once an eBook or digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.

For this reason, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a technical issue prevents delivery.


Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Uni Masterclass does not typically provide refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Duplicate purchases made by mistake

  • Change of mind after download

  • Incompatibility with a device or software

  • Failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase

However, if a duplicate charge occurs due to a system error, please contact us for review.


Non-Delivery of Digital Products

A refund may be considered if:

  1. You did not receive the digital product within 24 hours, and

  2. You have contacted our support team, and

  3. We are unable to deliver the product after verifying your purchase

Requests for refund due to non-delivery must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date.


Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem downloading or accessing your eBook, our support team will assist you to ensure successful delivery.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The file was delivered but cannot be opened due to device limitations

  • The customer failed to download the product within the availability window

  • Third-party software or device settings prevented access

We will, however, provide alternative download links or file formats whenever possible.


Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.

Uni Masterclass will assist in verifying transaction details but cannot issue refunds until the payment provider completes their investigation.
